The Federation of British Estate Agents in Spain continually strives to improve the standard and quality of our Members, who abide by a very strong Code of Practice.
Importantly, we also provide a level of formal training in the English language, not offered by any other estate agent federation or association in Spain,

The aims of the Federation are:
1. To promote, develop and represent the British real estate sector in mainland Spain and the Islands.
2. To establish a standard Code of Practice to improve the quality of service that Members provide to the general public.
3. To protect its Members and the general public from fraud, dishonesty and restrictive or mal-practices.
4. To encourage collaboration, conformity and high ethical standards amongst Members.
5. To offer formal training to Members in order that they may better serve their clients.
6. To undertake as necessary any and all things to improve the status of British Estate Agents in Spain.
