As a member of the FBEAS you can take advantage of the training facilities offered by the Federation. We continually strive to provide our Members with the tools to do their job more effectively and fully understand the need for good training at all levels of the business and offer the following courses to both members and non - members:

Code of Practice Accreditation

More for members than non-members. Members are required to take an online test within 6 months of joining to ensure they a fully conversant with the Federation Code of Practice.

Getting Started in the Business

The main thrust of this one day course is to kick start newcomers to the business in order that they can play an effective part from day one. After completing the course they will have a good understanding of how the business functions, the importance of first impressions and professional behaviour, responsibilities, and attending to the needs of clients.

This one day course is designed to give property listers a good grounding in successful listing of properties. Covers all areas from initial contact, visiting the premises, assessing the property and negotiating a realistic market value.
