This facility is provided in order that you may find an individual Member by name, as opposed to searching for the agency that he or she owns or is employed at. We feel that this is an important part of the service that we provide as it is the individual who is a Member of the Federation rather than the agency.
Members are also listed in a hard copy of the directory which is circulated to:
- Selected U.K. estate and relocation agents
- The National Association of Estate Agents in the U.K.
- British embassy and consulates in Spain
- Spanish embassy and consulates in Great Britain
- Spanish tourist boards and local authorities
As previously mentioned we do not market or sell properties ourselves, but as a Federation we promote the services and portfolios of our Member Agents.
Rest assured, that by choosing an FBEAS agent you are guaranteed a level of confidence and security never enjoyed before in Spain and please remember unlike other agents (including Spanish) any FBEAS agent is bound by a strong Code of Practice and is accountable to the Federation for their actions.
