Members will be entirely accountable to the Federation for their conduct. The Federation and Federation logo are recognised and highly respected throughout Spain.
- We offer training in the English language to ensure you and your staff remain knowledgeable and familiar with current practices in your chosen profession. Training is available in matters as diverse as the Federation Code of Practice, property listing, valuing, conveyancing, interpersonal skills and sales. Successful candidates are issued with diplomas which may be exhibited in their place of work.
- Value for money - No huge charges that currently have to be paid to join and participate in any of the current MLS systems running in Spain. Our charges are a joining fee of €20.00 (administration charge), and an annual membership fee of between €125.00 and €175.00 depending upon the level of membership. As a Federation we are interested in the prosperity and well being of our members and their clients. We take no percentage of any commissions made through sales between collaborating agents.
- Guaranteed quality of service and value for money from our preferred partners, such as solicitors, insurance, currency exchange etc.
- As a Principal or Partner, you will be able to display the prestigious Federation logo inside and outside your premises, on your website and your company note paper.
- As a Principal or Partner you will receive the following:
- A quality wall plaque to place outside your premises
- Window logos
- A membership certificate to display inside your premises
- A personal membership card
- As a Member you will be permitted to use the letters FFBEAS, MFBEAS or AFBEAS after your name depending on the level of your membership and carry and display the Federation membership card.
- As a Member you will be listed in a hard copy of our directory which is issued to:
- Selected U.K. estate and relocation agents
- The National Association of Estate Agents in the U.K
- British embassy and consulates in Spain
- Spanish embassy in Great Britain
- Spanish tourist boards and local authorities
- Regular meetings and working lunches in your area so that you can network with other Member Agents in a relaxed and informal environment
- As a Member you will receive regular items of interest and news related to the real estate business in Spain.
