Real Estate practice shall be classed as any business or persons acting on behalf of a seller, purchaser or lessee in relation to the acquisition, disposal, renting or leasing of any land, business or property.
Grades of Membership are as follows
- Fellow – FFBEAS – Must be aged over 25 years, a British Subject and be a principal, practising in Spain with more than 5 years experience in Real Estate practice. Must be fully conversant with the Federation Code of Practice. Annual subscription fee €175.00 (+ I.V.A.)
- Member – MFBEAS – Must be aged over 21 years, a British Subject, practising in Spain, with more than 3 years experience in Real Estate practice. Must be fully conversant with the Federation Code of Practice. Annual subscription fee €150.00 (+ I.V.A.)
- Associate – AFBEAS – No minimum age but must be a British Subject, practising in Spain and have more than 1 years experience in Real Estate practice. Must be fully conversant with Federation Code of Practice. Annual subscription fee €125.00 (+ I.V.A.)
