I confirm that for a period of 10 years prior to this application I have had no action taken against me by my employer(s), statutory bodies or the police in relation to dishonest or fraudulent activities. I confirm to the best of my knowledge that all information provided by me relevent to this application is true and correct.

I authorise you to debit the administration fee of €20.00 from my credit card, whose number is listed below and if my application is successful the appropriate yearly subscription fee for the first year, and thereafter annually on the due date.

I wish to take advantage of the facilities offered by the Federation website (www.FBEAS.com) and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions relating thereto. I understand that I will be permitted to list up to 500 properties for a monthly subscription fee of €25.00 and agree that the said fee be paid by standing order through my bank.
